Consultant in child-centered development 

We are looking for a consultant with substantial experience in inclusion, non-discrimination and rights-based development, specifically in relation to child-centered community development (CCCD), to participate in a multi-country evaluation from February to September 2012.

The prospective team-member will be able to articulate methods of assessing the impact of inclusive and non-discriminatory child-centered approaches to community development. Ideally, the prospective team-member will have project experience in West Africa; experience in East Africa, Asia and Latin American is also potentially relevant.
 
Team-members will be asked to contribute to desk review, development of methodology and tools, field visits (data collection), and development of initial drafts of case studies and analyses.
